We are Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®), and across three decades of partnership with businesses, we have improved their cash flow by recovering payment for goods services rendered. We have done so with compassion, integrity and the significant use of technology; but most importantly, continuing education and empowerment of our staff. ARSI® offers a full spectrum of receivables management services, from "early-out" programs and special campaigns, to traditional collections and credit reporting. We also provide seamless legal resolution, in the event that voluntary payment is unobtainable and the consumer can afford to pay. Our Dodge City office is in Ford County and was established in 1974. This is a beautiful historic two-story building in the heart of downtown. Beginning with 2 employees, we now have over 30 employees in that location with our primary client services department housed there. The Garden City office was established in 1997 expanding our business further into Western Kansas, creating up to 15 additional jobs in that community. The Wichita office opened in 2004, later becoming our company's corporate headquarters, creating more than 50 jobs to date, with capacity and plans for continual growth. Our long-term client partnerships have resulted in their businesses becoming stronger, more profitable, and more successful. We offer free consulting and educational seminars to our clients to assist with their revenue cycles as well. We are a homegrown Kansas company with offices in Wichita, Dodge City and Garden City, providing comprehensive receivables management since 1974 and returning more than $20 million dollars annually, mostly in Kansas. Our client base is 98% medical, resulting in unmatched levels of expertise in healthcare collections. Our staff understands the sensitive nature of healthcare accounts and the importance of preserving a positive image. Despite our niche in medical, we are capable of handling any type of collection account, including commercial consumer retail, finance, government and utilities.
