Ashiyana

Ashiyana has been created as a sanctuary, a home away from home. It sits amidst abundant tropical flora and fauna on the beautiful and unspoiled Mandrem Beach in the north of Goa. Ashiyana means 'home' in Hindi, and our Retreat Village has been designed to help you to feel as comfortable, connected and relaxed as possible, providing you with the opportunity to disconnect from technology and tune into the natural rhythms within. Home is a place where we feel safe, supported, nourished and loved. When we practice yoga, we start to come home in another way; we start to come home to ourselves. When we truly arrive at home within ourselves, we find that home can exist wherever we are in the world. At Ashiyana we dine together, family style. We practice, chant and meditate together. We support each other, and we allow each other space when it's needed. Together we form this sanctuary, a beautiful home nestled in nature, where we can accompany each other on our collective and personal journeys.
