Ameritech Global Solutions Inc. (AGSI), a Philippines Corp, is a subsidiary of TCG and serves as the main operational and support facility for TCG’s clients. Our broad portfolio of services include data processing, customer care, technical support and IT/Software Development. In addition, we are currently expanding our presence in the Philippines by establishing relationships with the top banking institutions (BPI, PNB & BDO) and will launch a new division to support local accounts in the next few months. AGSI is a member of the Business Process Association Philippines (BPAP) and currently has two facilities located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa with its main facility in the Primeland building and training facility in the MSA building.
