Asia Island Homes have been developing and selling luxury residential property, including villas and apartments, on Thailand's island paradise of Phuket since 1998. We have a proven track record in the Phuket real estate and property development business covering four major residential developments: Baan Chai Nam; Surin Springs Estate; Surin Springs Apartments and Samsara. Since 2004 we have represented a select number of real estate projects from other developers and continue to expand our portfolio of villas and apartments on Phuket. We do not carry the biggest list of properties on Phuket - we believe firmly in quality not quantity. Our aim is to deliver an honest, personalised service, free from hype - if we wouldn't buy the home ourselves then we won't list it.
