ASINCRO C.A. was established in 1974 with the objective of giving support to the companies of the power sector in the expansion of the Nacional Interconnected System, offering engineering services in the Electrical Planning, Generation, Transmission and Distribution areas. At the beginning of the 80's, ASINCRO C.A. expands its operations to the oil and petrochemical sectors. To perform a better service, supplements this specialization with Project Management, Procurement and Construction Management. During the 90's, ASINCRO C.A. successfully completes its first turn key projects, highlighting among them the expansion of Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi 80MW Power Plant, at Margarita Island in Venezuela; the installation of 2 40MW gas turbogenerators at the Cementos La Vega Plant inOcumare del Tuy; The IPC Diagram "Cost Plus" of the a "Upstream" distribution system of SINCOR, also in Venezuela, and the construction the 138kV Transmission Line Navarrete-Puerto Plata in Dominican Republic, among others. Currently, ASINCRO C.A. is developing integrated services in instrumentation, control automation and telecommunication projects. The experience of ASINCRO C.A. in performing its Engineering and Construction services, in addition to its support systems, technological capacity and highly qualified managerial and staff team, allows to offer it clients an integral high quality service ranging from Basic studies and conceptual engineering to the operation and maintenance, including engineering, procurement and construction.
