We are an eclectic group of consultants, coaches, facilitators and arts administrators who share a commitment to working with clients to enable them to discover and pursue their purpose in society. Aspire is the brainchild of Ian Harrison (ianharrison.me), a qualified executive coach and respected facilitator of leadership development programmes. Since leaving behind a 20 year long career in the church, Ian has worked on projects with industry leaders delivering benefits to businesses of all sizes. Over the year's Ian has gathered a diverse range of associates who have wide experience of working in sectors from the creative arts to manufacturing and financial services. Together they have experience of working with organisations of all sizes from small social enterprises to FTSE 100 organisations. Ian is a former curator of TEDxBrum and works on the board of Soul City Arts.
