Assenagon Asset Management

It has been more than eight years now since Assenagon was founded, and quite a lot has happened at our company during that time - in both quantitative and qualitative terms. Quantitatively, the assets entrusted to us have risen from zero to over EUR 15 billion, the workforce from two to almost 70 and the number of locations from a single office with a table and two chairs to premises at four locations. Qualitatively, we have systematically developed our investment concepts and risk management into the unique system infrastructure we have today. There is, however, one area in which we have come to somewhat of a standstill lately - our website has seen better days. So we are proud to present our new website to you now. Of course, we would ideally prefer to welcome you to our offices in person. Online presence is no real substitute for personal contact in our business. We see our website as an additional door or portal through which we can extend our invitation. We hope you like it and look forward to your feedback. We could have not picked a more inauspicious time to found Assenagon than just before the major financial crisis. The financial markets have repeatedly challenged us since then to uphold our performance commitment and to keep the risks our clients' assets are exposed to under control. Our clients' confidence in our skill and expertise has grown consistently and steadily, for which we would like to express our sincere thanks. We will continue to make our claim the guiding principle of our business: Assenagon.
