Since , ASSIST Software has been developing a special mobile application for this competition, which helped spectators staying in the camping area watch their participants, friends, along with the competition trails, just by clicking and accessing this web application: http://mtb.assist.ro/ . Thus, in real time, people who registered their contest number in our app were visible on the route map, right in the camping area on a screen at the ASSIST stand. Everyone knew where each participant was on the route. The idea is innovative, no such thing has been applied to any Mountain Bike competition in the country and it had a great success among the participants. The application is available for free on Android .
