When Robert Morris, second-generation builder, founded Associate Construction back in 1977, his goal was to build exceptional quality homes with a personalized attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service. Today, nearly 35 years later, Associate Construction continues to be one of the most successful home building firms in Southwest Ohio. Associate Construction is proud to be a striving family owned and operated business. Bob's sons, Ryan and Rod, are vice-presidents at the company and Scott Morris is project manager. When building with us, you will deal directly with one of our family, Scott, Rod, Ryan or Bob. While we have earned our reputation as an established home building company, we have never strayed from our mission of providing highly personalized service.
