Astraline

Astraline is owned by the not-for-profit organisation Johnnie Johnson Housing, offers services for older people to assist with 'Living Longer, Living Better' in their own homes. Over 70,000 customers use its 24-hour monitoring centre which provides customers assistance at any time of the day or night. Emergency calls into the centre are answered on average in under 60 seconds, providing a response that often saves lives. Its First Responder Service is currently available in the North West, providing wellbeing and emergency first aid response onsite in customers' homes or out in the community. Astraline also offers a broader range of technology enabled care solutions to help older people with safety and welfare in and outside the home from fall monitors to mobile alarms.
