ATC Property Management was founded from our Swindon office in 2003. During our development we have established a managed portfolio of near on 400 properties, which range from individual rooms to executive homes predominately throughout the SN postcodes. All ATC staff are experienced in the property field and equally needed Customer Services backgrounds. The team of 6 staff ensure that every need is met, with communication being key to stress free management for our clients. ATC are able to advise on all aspects of the lettings business. This includes working with landlords who are just starting out in the property investment field, to working with landlords who own numerous properties, whose portfolios we have managed since the start of ATC. ATC services are flexible and tailor made to the individual requirements of our clients. ATC are always happy to consider new projects, and we pride ourselves on our methods of working and marketing your property.
