ATEK's Service Department performs Commercial Service Work, Preventative Maintenance Contracts, and Warranty Work. We have capabilities to manage and maintain large projects as a Full-Mechanical Contractor, and regularly works on projects that require BIM Modeling and Cx Commissioning - both of which are handled effectively as a component of our construction services. ATEK also has the capability of doing extensive Pre-Construction Services, and is considered an excellent partner in both the Design-Build & Design-Assist arenas. Our budgets are accurate, and there is a proven track-record of bringing projects in within the budgets on-time, and on schedule. The majority of our work falls within these categories for our construction services, as our reputation in our industry is both very respected and very well established.
