We are an engineering consulting company with an entrepreneurial approach to the market providing services to a variety of private and government clients. Aterra was founded in 2013 by Rob Monahan and Joe Bellini after the two had worked closely together at a large international engineering consulting firm. Petr Masopust followed them two years later to assume the role of Principal Engineer. Rob has a diverse engineering background, including civil, water resources, environmental and mechanical disciplines, combined with significant operations and managerial experience. Joe and Petr are both considered subject matter experts in severe flood modeling, dam engineering, and levee engineering. Our combined operations and managerial experience and technical expertise provide the ideal leadership platform for the company.
