Atticmedia

Atticmedia has a long running relationship with the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust and has developed 3 major websites for it's corporate, Schools Network and international web presence. We developed our AtticExpress system into a centralised content management system to serve all three sites. We also developed the information architecture, design and double A-rated accessibile XHTML for each of the websites. he AtticExpress CMS is heavily used by both the Trust editorial staff and a network of contributors around the country. Teachers are able to submit materials to the sites which are then automatically forwarded onto the appropriate editor. Each specialist school was also given a password, deploying a cascading auto-username generation for all teachers within a school. The websites provides schools with resources, assistance, latest news and a shop to purchase items online. An event booker e-commerce system was also integrated, allowing the Trust to sell bookings via the website. As part of our wider relationship with the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust we have carried out photography shoots at schools as well as producing print-based materials such as exhibition banners and calendars.
