auxiell is focused into lean transformations, industrial investments and education. We adopt a pragmatic and effective approach, combining strong theoretical knowledge with real practical experience. auxiell was founded in 2005 as a result of experience gained within UNOX S.p.A. in the transformation of its production system according to the lean manufacturing principles. auxiell was born to support the lean transformation of the entire supply chain of UNOX, cooperating with its most important actors. We had the chance to gain experience in assembly, logistic, sheet metal working, molding, electronics and other components' manufacturing. Starting from 2006, auxiell began working with businesses in other industries, becoming in few years a leading consulting firm acting in various Italian and European business sectors: automotive, air conditioning, electronics, agricultural equipment, home appliances, woodworking, elevators and many others. Each consultant at auxiell comes from an manufacturing engineering and management education and pass through a standardized training approach: this ensures strong theoretical knowledge and structured methods adopted by each member of the auxiell team.
