Michael has almost 30 years experience in FMCG Supply Chain area and prior to joining what is now known as Valeo Foods has worked with Rowntree Mackintosh and Nestle. During these years Michael has managed most business functions including Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, HR, Quality, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment, Inventory, Customer Service, Insurance, H&S and Facilities Management. Michael played a key role as a member of the team that has successfully transformed Shamrock Foods into Valeo Foods a business which now turns over close to €1Billion globally in the space of a short few years. Together with other like-minded partners Michael now shares the experiences of this journey with his clients and delivers a more meaningful and supportive consultancy offering at a more appropriate price than some of the major players in this sector.
