Founded in 1991, Yucatan Foods is a leading manufacturer and seller of packaged avocado-based food products, primarily guacamole, to grocery, mass and food service customers in both the U.S. and Canada. With a state-of-the-art production facility in Guanajuato, Mexico, Yucatan Foods has pioneered processes in computer-controlled ripening, inspection, quality control, production, and packaging. Products are made by hand-scooping Mexican-grown Hass avocados, resulting in superior products. Brands include the Yucatan® and Cabo Fresh® lines of guacamole products available in a variety of flavors as well as sizes. Yucatan's Organic Guacamole was the first USDA and GOCA certified organic guacamole on the market.
