They are building Reveal: a digital health platform that improves personal care outcomes. Reveal supports every aspect of day-to-day care by providing an easy way to share important information, ask questions as they arise, and increase the collaboration of the care team. As a result, the platform impacts long-term outcomes by analyzing trends in the data to better understand behaviour, stress, sleep and more. Reveal empowers care teams to achieve their learning and therapy goals more effectively.
