Kansas City-based professional employer organization (PEO) Axcet HR Solutions was founded by Jerry Diddle in 1988 and provides comprehensive outsourced HR services to small and mid-sized businesses. Axcet was among the first PEOs in the nation to receive the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) designation of Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO). Axcet is among fewer than 10% of U.S. PEOs that have earned the CPEO designation.
