Arizona Priority Care

Arizona Priority Care is a physician-led organization and affiliated network of physicians and providers committed to providing high quality care and improved health outcomes for the organizations and members served. The company was founded in October 2010 as Arizona Priority Care Plus. In 2014, the company changed its corporate branding and logo to Arizona Priority Care. Since its inception, membership has grown to over 12,000 Health Net Medicare Advantage members. AZPC's network of contracted healthcare providers include over 700 primary care physicians and 1,700 specialists located throughout Maricopa and Pinal counties. Arizona Priority Care also has a contract with CMS for a Medicare Shared Savings Accountable Care Organization (ACO) serving over 8,000 Medicare beneficiaries. The company owns a primary care clinic in Casa Grande and an Urgent Care Center in Gilbert.
