B-Plan develops, markets and implements integrated financial and operational management software systems and consultancy. Founded in 1993, the privately owned company has a strong presence in the healthcare, police, education, financial services and consumer product sectors. The company is a pioneer of public sector Activity Based Costing and web-based benchmarking analysis. Over 300 customers use the Synergy range of Costing and Budgeting software. B-Plan acquired the Aptos Financial Solutions business in 2000 and in the same year received funding from venture capital firm New Media Spark and bankers Singer & Friedlander. Working in partnership with clients and other suppliers, B-Plan is committed to innovative solutions that support and enhance its clients' business in both the public and private sectors. B-Plan is a winner of the inaugural Inner City 100 Award for growth in turnover and employment.
