Bach & Co was started in the early 1970's by Stanley Bach Sr., and joined by Fred Bach Sr. in 1975. In 2004, Bach Plumbing & Heating Co. of Clayton, Inc. became three companies; Bach & Co, Bach Retail Sales, and Bach Environmental. Our mission is to work together to provide one of the most complete competitive, construction companies in New York State. The principles of the business are to provide the best construction services possible for a fair price. A talented, skilled, and loyal team are employed to implement this. Our employees take pride in their workmanship, and it shows. The current co-owners, Frederick Bach Sr. and Karl "Andy" Bach, have the same goal.
