Bhailal Amin General Hospital
BAGH was promoted by Late Shri Ramanbhai B Amin, in the name and memory of his father, Late Shri Bhailalbhai D Amin. In 1964, a small hospital was set up by the Alembic group to primarily cater to the health care needs of Alembic employees. In just over five decades, Bhailal Amin General Hospital has evolved into a 200-bed multi-specialty tertiary care hospital that provides quality medical care to patients in and around Vadodara. BAGH has been at the forefront in making the latest medical technology available to the common man. Starting with a renal dialysis unit in the 1970s, the hospital has systematically expanded through the introduction of an Intensive Care Unit, a Cardiac program, CATH lab, Mobile ICU, Pathology, Blood Bank with an apheresis unit, CT Scan unit and a Kidney transplant facility (BAGH is approved by the Government of Gujarat to carry out Cadaveric and Live-related Kidney Transplants).
