Baila Habana

Cubans have been able to work independently since the beginning of 2011. However, they lack the means and knowledge around how to use this independence. Despite excellent training, most dance teacher work with organizations selling dance tours or dance classes with very bad pay and unfair conditions. At Baila Habana the 90% of the fee for the dance classes is paid directly to the dance teachers. The Agency reserves only an administrative fee of 10%. We also support the dancers in their professional and private development, for example, providing Language Courses. f.e. Cuba experience
