At The Bainey Group, Inc., we operate a "Zero Punch-List Policy", aimed at making sure every aspect of your project is completed. Weeks before project deadlines, we begin working on common punch-list items, making sure all is well. We conduct a final punch-list walk through with all clients at project completion. For your benefit and convenience, we also provide a CD which contains your projects Construction Manual, which contains all pertinent and necessary documents like complete and final plans, certificates of occupancy, brochures, letters of warranty, as-built drawings, signed complete punch-list and vendor information on products, and material used to complete the project. Within 10 days of receiving final project payment, we send subcontractor full and final lien wavers.
