Balloon Boutique is locally owned and operated by Marlon and Eileen Davis of Gloucester VA. With a passion for party planning and decorating, in November 2006, after working for 7 years as a Business Office Manager with an educating facility in Newport News, VA, she resigned to fulfill her passion. Pursuing her dream she sought further education in the balloon and party industry, which led them to Tampa Florida to complete a course in the art of professional balloon decorating under the expertise of CBA, Linda Kiss. Along with this achievement, a leap of faith and years of decorating experience from church events, relatives parties and weddings; including their own wedding, her dream is now reality. Their partnership of marriage and business allows them to work side by side while bringing reality to the visions of others as they plan and decorate for various events to include; weddings, parties, school proms/dances, corporate events, and more. Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs.
