BancWise Realty was founded in 1997 by Larry Zitek. Bryan Trost and Josh Sand bought the company from their longtime mentor in 2014. Bryan and Josh have a strong desire to cultivate a positive culture in the company and believe most importantly that a balanced life is a life well lived.
