Bank al Etihad operates a growing network of 44 branches, in addition to 91 ATMs and a central exchange unit. The bank is also a board member and a strategic partner with the National Bank in Palestine, with a 10% share. It also fully owns a brokerage firm, Etihad Brokerage, which was established in 2006 and a financial leasing company, Etihad Leasing Company, which was established in 2016. Since 1978, Bank al Etihad has financed a number of vital and infrastructure projects with long term benefits to the country and its citizens, in sectors such as electricity, energy, renewable energy, higher education, tourism, water desalination and water treatment. It also offers a variety of products and services that serve corporate clients, SMEs, and retail segments. Bank al Etihad also offers well established and respected Treasury and Investment services. In 2011, Bank al Etihad launched several strategic projects, including implementation of a new core banking system, launch of a new brand identity, and a new retail experience across our branch network. In addition to enhancing various products and services, the bank was first in Jordan to launch a fully-fledged mobile banking application (Etihad Mobile) for smart phones. Today, Bank al Etihad is one of the fast growing banks in Jordan. It has been growing at double or triple market growth rate for three years (2013-2016). Total deposits (as of Q1 2016) are in excess of JOD 1.6 billion. Our market share is around 5.4%. Corporate social responsibility has always been part of Bank al Etihad's DNA, and a key value. The bank supports the local community and undertakes a number of initiatives, mainly in education, youth empowerment, culture and the arts in addition to supporting charity organizations. Bank al Etihad also offers its "Halim Salfiti Theater" free of charge to musicians and artist activities.
