We strive to make the Services a safe and enjoyable experience. To this end, we provide our users ways to "self-police" the Services and to identify users who abuse the Services or offend other users. For example, you have the option to warn other users of the Services or block them from your HomeScreen if you find their Content or actions on the Services to be offensive in any way. Barc has the right, but not the obligation, in its discretion, to remove Content and to suspend or terminate the accounts of those who are frequently or repeatedly warned or blocked by others. We may use tracking tools to gather information regarding users who are blocked and warned frequently.
