At Barfoots we pride ourselves in being at the forefront of the industry. Winning the Tetra Pak Environmental Sustainability award in 2011 demonstrated our commitment to leadership in sustainable practices. Beating off stiff competition from some big players in the industry our Renewable Energy development has been recognised for excellent operational performance and the holistic nature of the project, tying in the utilisation of all our own waste, the provision of our own green energy in our facilities, and the use of digestate as part of our fertiliser programme.
