The company Basel Aero (http://basel.aero/) was founded in 2007, it manages the airport assets of the "Basic Element". Since June 2012 - a joint venture of "Basic Element", Sberbank of Russia and Changi Airports International (wholly-owned subsidiary of Changi Airport Group). Currently, the company includes airports in Sochi, Krasnodar, Anapa and Gelendzhik. Airports serve about 9% of the total passenger traffic and about 3.5% of the total cargo flow of Russia. Basel Aero airports have served more than 1,375,000 passengers in January-February 2018. The development strategy of "Basel Aero" includes expansion of business, enhancement of the operational efficiency of assets through the introduction of innovative solutions and world-class service standards.
