As a community citizen, Rob represents Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC in many organizations. Rob, co-owner of the company along with his wife Lori, has been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years. He is a licensed technician and experienced businessperson. Rob's experiences in the industry are diverse. Rob is also involved in industry memberships and maintains his awareness of industry advances through these memberships. In 2003-2005 Rob maintained a position as President of the local Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Contractors Association. In 2008-2009 Rob was President of the Massachusetts Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Association. Rob received Contractor of The Year award in 2009 and the Bradford-Rose award in 2010, which is the highest honor award PHCC awards. He believes in quality and customer service. As a result, he expects to maintain Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC as the number one provider of products and services in the industry. To that end, Rob supports training for his staff to ensure that they are provided with the best information to do the job correctly the first time. Lori, Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC co-owner, has been heavily involved in creating the office policies and procedures for the company.
