We are a family owned company that was founded by Scott Basta, Sr. in 1993. The company now consists of two generations with over forty years combined experience in the floor covering industry. We specialize in residential and commercial VCT, LVT, ceramic floor/wall tile, sub-floor preparation, flooring demolition, rubber flooring, resilient sheet flooring, hardwood and carpet (roll/tile). We mainly focus on projects located in the Tidewater area of Virginia, however, we are willing to travel farther when necessary.
