Baumann & DeGroot Heating and Cooling of Holland began over 20 years ago in 1994. Jeff Baumann and Larry DeGroot established the business with the goal of creating an HVAC company that would do more than just offer run-of-the-mill heating and cooling services to West Michigan customers. Their hard work paid off, and in time, they established a keen reputation for providing the best, most affordable heating and cooling products and services in the area. A passion for excellent customer service and quality products and workmanship have consistently been at the center of everything that has made Baumann & DeGroot what it is now. Today, those same principles are still critical, but the look of the company has changed. Larry retired in 2010. The company is still being steered by Jeff along with Josh Johnson, Chad Baumann, & Alex Baumann. The home of Baumann & DeGroot is here in West Michigan. Its where our more than 38 skilled and friendly employees live and have their families. Were invested in this community because this community invested in us.
