Our senior attorney, Michael Stephenson, started Bay Area Bicycle Law after moving to San Francisco in 2010. Some of these attorneys failed to appreciate the nuances of how traffic laws apply to bicycles or how insurance coverage can most effectively be used to help cyclists injured in a bicycle accident.
