BAY TECHNOLOGIES

Bay Technologies has been developing Commercial-off-theShelf (COTS) software for over 15 yrs in large-scale infrastructure projects (SOE deployment, Architecture, Outsourced Operation). Bay between 1999 and 2001 Bay was a Microsoft Gold Partner and an award winner in the area of workflow, after our work with the Australian Taxation Office, the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and the Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure. In early 2002 we completed a project with the Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines (now Department of Environment and Heritage Protection) that led to the creation of our Ministerial and Executive Correspondence solution - MINCOR. In early 2003 we implemented a Case and Investigation Management system into the Compliance unit of the Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Water. This implementation lead to the creation of a COTS solution now employed by a number of other Australian Federal, State and Local government bodies, called CIRAM. Today we are among a handful of elite software suppliers to the regulatory market. Such agencies as the Queensland Departments of Science, Information Technology, Innovation and the Arts, Community Safety, Department of Public Works and Housing and Brisbane City Council, to name a few, trust Bay Technologies as their preferred supplier for regulatory and compliance systems. Bay has a philosophy of constant improvement through consultation with our client base and the improvements to our systems come from our client's suggestions. This approach keeps our products relevant to the workplace.
