BBE Hydro Constructors is a limited partnership consisting of Bechtel, Barnard Construction, and EllisDon. The group was formed in 2014 to build a portion of the Keeyask Generation Project in Manitoba, Canada. The group is a general civil works contracting company, and their head office is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
