All are regular guests because of our close proximity to the major college campuses in Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. When disaster strikes, BCA provides construction crew housing and partners with insurance claims adjusters to provide temporary insurance housing for people and families who've been displaced by fire, flooding or other challenges. If you're in need of medical-related lodging, we are honored to be an official housing partner of the Shepherd Center, located only a few blocks away. We host patients and families seeking treatment at Piedmont Hospital and Emory University Hospital Midtown, as well as visitors, such as doctors and nurses on rotation, interns and outpatients. Thanks to the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB), Atlanta is one of the United States largest convention markets and BCA provides convenient weekly accommodations to house setup crew, showroom owners, exhibitors and attendees of events such as the Atlanta Gift and Apparel Mart, the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), Mercedes Benz Stadium, ADAC and other event facilities. With all the construction happening in Midtown and Buckhead, construction crews, construction managers and engineering consultants are frequent and repeat guests. If you need to be in Atlanta only a few nights a week but on a recurring schedule as the project progresses, a BCA furnished apartment is a better option than staying in a traditional hotel.
