BCC is dedicated to maintaining a solid Texas and Louisiana presence and the locations of our branches and resident adjusters are not mere coincidence. While we do not like to brag, we believe that being a Texas- based company and employing Adjusters who are entrenched in the local communities we serve provides a certain level of comfort to/for your Policyholders during a time when they need it most. Most of our Branch Adjusters have more than 5 year’s tenure with BCC, with many surpassing the 10-year mark. Moreover, being Branch Adjusters means we will not leave to chase the next Hurricane. This is our home and these are our neighbors. We constantly work with our Carrier clients to monitor their exposures and, subsequently, do everything we can to provide an adjuster locally for your Insured. This is meant to provide not only the quickest response time possible, but also keep lost adjusting expenses (LAE) to a minimum.
