Bougainville Copper

Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, Bougainville Copper Limited operated a large open pit mine and processing facility at Panguna on Bougainville Island in the North Solomons Province, Papua New Guinea. Production included quantities of copper, gold and silver.
