Other recent measures we have taken on housing affordability include: · Ending real estate sector self-regulation · Banning shadow flipping · Eliminating the Property Transfer Tax for first-time buyers, by introducing a luxury tax on home sales over $2 million We are committed to ensuring the dream of home ownership stays within reach of the middle class.
