We aim to develop resilient small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing professional business development and capacity building services, enabling enterprises to scale up and improve their operations, and ultimately preparing them for investment. We strive to improve business practice in large agricultural enterprises by developing and scaling their shared value processes. We assist these enterprises in testing, piloting and scaling business innovations that directly support smallholder farmer development and the organization's fiscal sustainability. Our belief is that through the growth of socially conscious businesses, impact on the bottom of the pyramid customer can be both sustainable and substantial. We believe that real economic growth can best happen through the private sector and that we can play a role in the impact investment sphere by increasing the number of SMEs capable of receiving and successfully utilizing growth capital.
