Founded in 1991 as one of the first brokerage houses in the country, BDSec is a market leader in brokerage and investment banking industries in Mongolia. Our clients make up one third of local investors and nearly 50% of foreign investors trading in the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE). Thanks to its experience of doing business in the local market for 25 years, BDSec was able to build a strong relationship with issuers and sell-side clients which helped the company dominate in the IPO and capital raising markets. In 2006, BDSec was listed on the MSE through MNT 1 billion IPO becoming the only public financial services provider in the country. In addition to brokerage and investment banking, BDSec also provides investment advisory and research services through which, we advise some of the largest companies in the country and the biggest foreign investors in the domestic capital markets. Our research coverages include a wide range of areas such as MSE listed stocks and the macro economy. Led by a strong board of international and local professionals, BDSec was awarded multiple times as the best player in the capital market by the MSE, and chosen as the investment and brokerage company of Mongolia by the Global Banking and Finance Review in 2013.
