At Beacon we provide a broad range of organizational development and consultation services. Beacon's organizational development, consultation, and training services are provided to for-profit companies, not-for-profit organizations, and municipalities. Our services are customized to each of our client organizations and include: Critical Incident Services Critical Incident Debriefings are provided on site after a death, robbery, violent act or other major incident which impacts the functioning and emotions of employees or the public. We provide professional counseling and educational services in a timely fashion to facilitate adjustment to a major stressor. Violence Prevention Training and Risk Assessments are crucial in attempting to provide and assure that there is as safe a workplace as possible. We review your policies and procedures, evaluate employees who may be at risk, train managers, and serve on threat assessment teams to facilitate risk reduction.
