In 2010 Beagle Orthopaedic expanded to offer a custom fabrication service. The workshop managed by Director, Andy Dewsbury and production manager Steve Hague, who have more than 50 years' orthotic fabrication experience between them. Beagle Orthopaedic have worked hard over the past 8 years to gain a reputation for unsurpassed customer service and whilst we are already totally committed to providing quality stock and bespoke products that treat a variety of every day indications. We soon realised that this would enable us to provide orthoses for more complex conditions allowing us the opportunity to become a one-stop supplier for those customers who require it. Whilst still offering the usual range of custom made orthoses (AFOs, Insoles etc.), the Beagle team focus on innovative solutions, particularly in spinal and hip bracing, where stock products may be integrated into custom devices such as CTLSOs and specialist KAFOs. Our Rodin 4D scanner service can eliminate the need for casts altogether, and shape manipulation software allows for more precise alterations to be made to the final orthosis, a facility not offered by the main (offshore) suppliers of custom systems. Expanding our business into custom orthotics we believe offers a strategic approach that is different to any of our competition. We would aim to utilise the ideas and combined skills of existing clinical teams to produce a protocol delivering efficiencies to reduce cost and improve existing services. To achieve these measures, we would work closely with all departments to put together a detailed three-year plan. We offer a 5-day turnaround on all products, with an express 3 days service if required.
