Beal Homes is one of four finalists in the 'Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative' category of The Housebuilder Awards 2015. Beal Homes has reached the finals of The Housebuilder Awards 2015, run by Housebuilder magazine in partnership with the Home Builders Federation and the NHBC. The East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire house builder is one of four finalists in the 'Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative' category. he judges' final decision will be announced at a black tie ceremony in London on November 5. Beal Homes' entry 'Giving buyers the freedom to create a home as individual as they are' features the family-run builder's innovative Customer Selection Studio, a purpose-built 2000 square feet suite of rooms, including a fully-operating kitchen, multi media area and comprehensive displays of flooring, ceramic tiles, bathroom fittings, wardrobes and other choices, plus a visitor relaxation area. Beal's innovative approach to having a home built means that each Beal Homes buyer visits the Studio for their 'Selections Day' when they work with Beal's dedicated Customer Selections Team to design the internal layout and finishes for their new home. "Our studio and our experienced, creative team of home designers is far removed from the traditional approach to buying a new home where buyers are expected to make their new home choices on site in a busy sales office," explains Beal's Sue Waudby."Here, our homebuyers have a private appointment, they are able to take their time over their choices and they are offered the opportunity to alter layouts as well decide on fixtures, fittings and finishes from our extensive displays." Beal Homes' entry also highlighted the company's investment in the latest construction modelling technology, which enables Beal to present homebuyers with customer-friendly 3D perspectives showing what the interior of their new home will look like even before it is built. Beal Homes' Customer Selections Studio takes up most of the ground floor of the groups' head office at Bridgehead Business Park, Hessle, near the Humber Bridge. he studio is open on Saturdays and Sundays between 10am and 5pm when visitors are welcome to see just what choice is available when buying new with Beal.
