Beck Building Company offers a Customer Care Program that is based on a proactive series of scheduled inspections to verify that your home is functioning properly and is in good physical condition. By being proactive, we catch any problems that if not taken care of immediately, could multiply and become damaging. This program was developed for the homeowner who is looking for an extra added level of home protection and care. Our program involves a 135 item checklist covering everything from mechanical, plumbing and electrical functions to interior and exterior surface conditions. The service is provided as often as every month or as little as twice yearly depending on the owner's needs. The service focuses primarily on the home and its systems, and will compliment any formal property management services already in place.
