Bell Rock Capital, LLC is an SEC Registered Investment Advisor, based in Delaware, with satellite offices in South Florida, New York and Pennsylvania. Client assets are managed as Separately Managed Accounts, for both high net worth individuals and families as well as banks and insurance companies. We utilize proprietary research as well as technology-driven investment tools to manage our accounts and conduct fundamental and technical analysis on the companies we consider before investing. Our mission is to deliver returns consistent with client goals. Cassandra Toroian is the founder of Bell Rock Capital, LLC and serves as the firm's Chief Investment Officer. Prior to launching the firm, she was a founder of Cohen Bros. & Co., as well as the Managing Director of CBT Investment Management Inc, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. Ms. Toroian began her career as a buy side analyst at a Pennsylvania-based mutual fund company. She then became a sell-side analyst covering the banking sector for Ryan Beck & Co. Ms. Toroian was named one of the top five analysts in the country as a Wall Street Journal "All Star" Analyst for her stock picking in the sector in 1999. It is this knowledge and expertise which has made Ms. Toroian a frequently used resource about banks by national media, including Fox Business, CNBC, Bloomberg Television, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and various print media including The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Boston Globe. Ms. Toroian recently wrote the book, "Don't Buy the Bull", to dispel many of the money myths frequently told by those who call themselves personal finance experts. She is a graduate of Lafayette College and received her M.B.A. from the University of Miami.
