Belvédère Asset Management AG was founded in Zurich on 29th June 2001 with a share capital of CHF 500,000. Mrs Thérèse Lucienne Meier is Chairman and Delegate of the Board of Directors. Dr. Florian Marxer is Deputy Chairman as well as Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ralph U. Vollenweider is Member of the Board of Directors. The daily management of the company is in the hands of Mrs Meier. Our aim is to provide comprehensive customised asset management services to a distinguished clientele. Belvédère is a member of POLYREG General Self-Regulation Association, supervised by the "Anti-Money Laundering Commission". Our external auditors are KPMG AG in Zurich.
