Yes, all Benchmark 365 services are 24×7. There is no minimum spend to access our 24×7 outsourced helpdesk team. How much does it cost? Our pricing is based on your average monthly ticket volume and utilization (not endpoints). We save MSPs between 50-70% on resourcing costs and our unique pricing structure is around 1/3rd of our competitors. Is there a lock in contract? There are no lock in contracts. We believe MSPs need ultimate flexibility and once you choose to sign up with us we simply require 30 days notice to change or cancel the service. We take an upfront 30 day deposit to cover the cancellation period. Do you integrate with our PSA / helpdesk system? Yes, we integrate with Connectwise Manage, Autotask, Kaseya BMS, Repairshop, Syncro and more. We also offer a published API for eligible Partners. Do you work with our RMM and remote control tools? Yes, our team are trained on all of the mainstream RMM, network monitoring and remote control tools. Whether you're using ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM or a range of others we are confident we can utilize your tools to deliver our service 24×7. Do you work with IT Glue and other documentation tools? We work with whatever documentation tools suit your business. For some MSPs that may be as simple as using OneNote or as enhanced as IT Glue or PassPortal.
